1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is prohibited when using HelloFlow. It supplements our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who accesses the platform. HelloFlow is a text-only, business-to-business API gateway; it does not provide a consumer chat interface or synthetic-media features.
2. No resale of platform access
You may not resell, sublicense, share or transfer your HelloFlow account, API keys or platform access, or use the platform to provide a competing gateway service to third parties without written authorization.
3. Provider terms
You must comply with the terms, acceptable use policies and rate limits of every AI provider you connect. You may not use HelloFlow to circumvent provider restrictions, quotas, safety measures or billing.
4. Credentials
You may only connect provider accounts and API keys that you own or are authorized to use. You may not upload stolen, shared or unauthorized credentials.
5. Content generation and synthetic media
HelloFlow exposes a text-only chat-completions gateway and does not provide image, video, voice, face-swap, deepfake or biometric generation features. You may not use the Service to create, distribute or facilitate human-like faces or likeness without consent, face swaps, deepfakes, voice impersonations, synthetic media of real people, automated decision-making or categorization of people, or any content that violates law or third-party rights.
6. Other prohibited uses
Do not use the platform to violate law or provider policies; infringe intellectual property; generate or distribute illegal, sexually explicit or child sexual abuse content; harass, threaten, defraud or promote violence; distribute malware; facilitate gambling, regulated financial or medical advice, mass unsolicited marketing or deceptive social engagement; bypass access controls; or process sensitive data without a lawful basis. The service is application API software, not a general-purpose VPN, anonymity proxy, marketplace or payment service. Report suspected abuse to contato@heelloflow.com.br.
7. Security
Do not attempt to access other accounts, probe or bypass security controls, or interfere with the platform's operation.
8. Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate access for violations and cooperate with providers and authorities where required.
