1. About the Service
HelloFlow is a software-as-a-service platform that provides a text-only, OpenAI-compatible chat-completions gateway, encrypted credential storage, API key management and usage dashboards. HelloFlow does not develop, own, sell, resell, sublicense or distribute any third-party artificial intelligence model, API or service. HelloFlow does not provide image, video, voice, face-swap, deepfake or biometric generation. HelloFlow is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any AI provider.
2. Your provider accounts
To use the gateway, you must have your own accounts with one or more AI providers and obtain API credentials directly from them. You authorize HelloFlow to store those credentials securely and to transmit requests to the provider connection you select. You are solely responsible for your provider accounts, for complying with their terms and policies, and for all charges they bill you. HelloFlow does not mark up, resell or bundle provider usage.
3. Platform subscription and billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually, as selected at checkout, for access to the HelloFlow platform. Paddle is our authorized reseller and merchant of record for platform purchases, and handles payment, applicable sales taxes and billing support under its Buyer Terms. The final total, taxes and renewal terms are shown in Paddle Checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancel in your dashboard or contact Paddle payment support; access remains active until the end of the paid period. Provider charges are separate and are not billed by HelloFlow or included in your platform subscription.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to resell, share or transfer access to the platform; not to use the platform in violation of law or third-party rights; not to circumvent provider terms, rate limits or safety measures; not to upload credentials you are not authorized to use; and not to process unlawful or infringing content. You may not use the Service to create or distribute synthetic media, face swaps, deepfakes, voice impersonations, or content using a person's likeness without consent, or to make automated decisions about people. You are responsible for the content you send through the gateway.
5. Intellectual property
HelloFlow owns the platform, software, brand and documentation. You retain all rights to your content and credentials. You grant HelloFlow a limited license to process your requests solely to provide the Service. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility; no partnership or endorsement is implied.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider outages or reasons beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify features with reasonable notice.
7. Prices and changes
We will give notice before a change to your subscription price takes effect at renewal. You can cancel before that renewal. Providers set their own prices. These Terms preserve any consumer rights that apply by law.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law or provider policies. You may cancel at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
9. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, HelloFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for provider outages, model outputs, or charges incurred on your provider accounts.
10. Platform limits and fair use
Starter includes 500 gateway requests per month and 1 provider connection; Pro includes 3,000 and up to 5 connections. Advanced has no fixed monthly request quota and permits unlimited provider connections, subject to fair use. Gateway keys are subject to a limit of 60 requests per minute per key, with up to 10 active keys per account. Do not evade limits, overload the service or share access. Abusive traffic may be restricted or suspended. Provider quotas and charges are separate from these platform limits.
